The production gap
Recording is the input. Publishing is the outcome.
A recorded conversation is not yet a podcast campaign. Between the raw files and a reliable release sits the specialist work that usually overwhelms an already-busy marketing team.
01 · The input
A recorded conversation
Good ideas, useful expertise and a set of files that still require work.
- Raw camera files
- Separate audio tracks
- Unedited conversation
02 · The PSG production system
Every internal delivery box, managed
One accountable workflow rather than a chain of freelancers, inboxes and missed handoffs.
- Audio edit
- Multi-camera edit
- Brand finish
- Client review
- Social clips
- Show notes
- Captions
- Publishing
03 · The outcome
Ready to publish everywhere
A coordinated release with finished assets for every channel your team needs.
- Podcast platforms
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Your website
The value is not only in the edit. It is in creating one managed route from expertise in the room to useful content in every channel.
Where projects stall
The idea is rarely the problem.
The problem is asking a marketing team to become a production company alongside everything else already on its list.
No clear production owner
Marketing, leadership and subject experts all contribute, but nobody has capacity to drive the full workflow.
Post-production becomes a queue
Raw footage waits for an editor, feedback lives in email and the planned release date quietly slips.
One episode, too few assets
The recording produces a podcast file but no video campaign, social clips, captions or useful written content.
The schedule becomes unsustainable
Every episode feels like a new project, so consistent publishing disappears as soon as other work gets busy.
Two ways to work with us
Bring the recordings—or bring the idea.
We can become the post-production department behind an existing show, or build and operate the complete production system from the beginning.
Already recording
Managed post-production
Send us studio, remote or in-house recordings. We turn them into consistent, branded episodes and supporting campaign assets.
- Audio and video editing
- Colour, sound, captions and branding
- Social clips and platform versions
- Private review and tracked delivery
Starting from an idea
Full-service podcast production
We help marketing teams turn an internal brief into a sustainable programme, then manage each production cycle.
- Format, audience and production planning
- Guest preparation and studio recording
- Post-production and approval workflow
- Publishing, repurposing and reporting
A repeatable operating rhythm
One workflow, every episode.
The objective is not merely to finish one recording. It is to make the next release—and the one after that—predictable.
Plan the cycle
Agree the cadence, outputs, responsibilities and deadlines.
Record or upload
Use our Glasgow studio or securely provide your existing files.
We produce
Edit, mix, brand, caption and prepare the agreed deliverables.
Your team reviews
Leave timestamped feedback and choose clips in one private space.
Approve and release
Track progress through to final delivery or managed publishing.
Private client review
Feedback without the email archaeology.
Each client receives a private review page. Watch the recording, mark exact moments, request removals or pickups, select social clips and submit the review. The Production Hub then shows progress through to final delivery.

More value from every conversation
One recording. A usable content library.
The exact output is agreed around your channels and capacity. Your team receives the assets it can actually publish—not a folder of unexplained raw files.
Finished podcast episode
Clean, mixed and publication-ready audio for podcast platforms.
Full YouTube video
Multi-camera edit, colour finishing, branded graphics and captions.
Social campaign assets
Focused vertical or landscape clips prepared for your priority channels.
Written support
Transcripts, show notes and supporting copy where included in the scope.
A production schedule should feel like a system—not a monthly emergency.
We help internal teams protect brand quality, remove post-production bottlenecks and publish consistently without building an in-house podcast department.
Before we build the workflow
Post-production questions.
The right arrangement depends on your recording method, release cadence, channels and internal approval process.
Can you edit a podcast recorded somewhere else?
Yes. We can provide ongoing post-production for suitable studio, remote or in-house recordings. We will review the source files and workflow before recommending a scope.
Can you help if our organisation has not launched yet?
Yes. Full-service production can cover format and audience planning, preparation, Glasgow studio recording, editing, clips, written assets, distribution and reporting.
How does the client review process work?
Your team receives a private review page where it can watch the draft, attach comments to exact moments, request changes and select social clips. After submission, the Production Hub tracks the work through to delivery.
Can the output follow our brand guidelines?
Yes. We agree the visual and editorial framework at the start, including graphics, captions, platform formats and approval responsibilities.
Do we need a monthly arrangement?
We can discuss the most appropriate scope, but a recurring schedule gives both teams a predictable production rhythm and makes consistent publishing easier to sustain.
How much does podcast post-production cost?
Pricing depends on episode frequency, recording length, number of cameras, edit complexity, social assets and publishing support. Send us your intended cadence and outputs for a tailored recommendation.
Take podcast delivery off the internal to-do list.
Tell us what your organisation wants to publish, how often and what currently gets in the way. We will recommend a workable production model.
