How to submit your edit requests
Welcome to the Podcast Studio Glasgow client review page. This is where you can watch your recording and tell us exactly what you’d like changed.
Your review, step by step
Watch the recording
Use the recording panel to open and watch the unedited video. When you find something you’d like changed, note the time shown in the player.
Add an edit request
Under Edit Requests, choose whether to remove a phrase, remove a section, start the podcast at a particular point or end it at a particular point.
Tell us what to change
Enter the start time and briefly explain what should be removed. An end time is helpful for longer sections, but it is optional when your written instruction is clear.
Work from the transcript
You can select the exact words you want removed from the full transcript and choose a removal option. The text and its timestamp will automatically be added to your edit requests.
Add a pickup
Use Pickups when a better version already exists elsewhere in the original recording. Tell us where the replacement appears and where it should be inserted.
Choose social clips
If social clips are included in your package, add up to three choices with their start and end times. Leave this section blank if you do not require clips.
Check everything, then submit your review.
Before finishing, quickly check that every required change has been listed. Then click Submit Review to Studio. We’ll acknowledge your edits and provide a progress link so you can follow the project through to completion.
