Scotland's podcast rules changed on 23 July.

Hey,
On 23 July, the podcast industry's own measurement body stood up at the CAO Summit and agreed a new global rulebook: an actual definition of what counts as a podcast, new measurement standards, and over $1 billion in ad money waiting to move.
Quick thing before we get into it. This blog isn't here to tell you our studios look nice and you should book one. We want independent Scottish podcasters to genuinely punch above their weight, and that means being straight with you about what it actually takes, no hype, no shortcuts. That's why our email newsletters and marketing are full of proper guides and honest breakdowns rather than fluff. Podcasting isn't just a hobby you do for fun any more. It's media. Worth treating like it.
We've written a short, honest series on what this actually means if you're recording without a network or a big budget behind you. It's live now, just for people on this list.

The PR Podcast Edge
We also make our own show. Mark sits down monthly with PR consultant Lindsay Reid to talk podcasting, PR and how to actually get noticed, recorded right here in the studio.
